The ban reason given has been communicated to you before.

So, the ban was put in place because you failed to respond to six or seven ahelps, and disconnected twice. Both times after an ahelp asking you a specific question. You were also explicitly informed how to respond to ahelps by the admin who adminpm'd you in the first place. So it seems a bit beyond forgetting how to chat. Can you explain to me what happened there?

Ahelps are very large and hard to miss. They make a loud noise and are in a very distinct color and font size from the rest of the chat. You're saying you missed this happening some half a dozen times?

Alright. If I'm going to lift this ban I need you to understand two things.

1) You cannot ignore ahelps. If you hear a 'bwoink' sound and see big red text in the chat, pay attention to it and respond as promptly as you can.
2) You can't go around wordlessly grabbing people and trying to eat them like you did. If you have questions about mechanics you're welcome to ask by way of the mentorhelp command (F1), but going around messing with people isn't cool.
