For the record, at the time in question a warning was issued because the image contained a character that was visually considered underage, a violation of our policy regarding minors under the age of 18, our community's age of consent.

The warning was replied to with "piss off."

The responding admin, Natje, applied a ban shortly thereafter for the violation of our age of consent policy and for the reply to the warning which was interpreted as a stance of noncompliance.

Natje has added a PERMABAN for ivymoomoo with the reason: "(MANUAL BAN) We have a zero tolerance policy on underage characters being posted, characters that look underage. Your reply to an admin giving you a warning was "piss off" so we''re taking that as you aren''t going to stop. Goodbye.

You got banned for not taking the single most serious rule in this entire community seriously, and telling an admin warning you about it to 'piss off'. And in your appeal, all you've got as to why we should unban you, is "I'm sorry"? Are you even putting ANY effort into this at all? Do you think you *deserve* to be unbanned simply for making an appeal, regardless of effort put into it or something?

The ban was a PERMABAN for refusing to abide the MOST IMPORTANT rule here, one of few that NEVER has exceptions.

Your role in this forum is to convince us why you should be unbanned. So far, you've not managed that as far as I'm concerned.

I am sorry that I had posted a milf picture whom had her children. I overreacted at the admin warning me and threw up crap that was barely related as an attempt to make myself not look that bad and should have just taken my warning. I instead was given a ban from the discord which by extention led to me being banned from the server and I regret it. I am still trying to make an effort with this community to atleast be a good roleplayer and friend with the people I have left here. I do not need to be unbanned from discord, but I would at the least like to be able to play on the server again and interact with people once more.

to understand just how fucked up discord is when it comes to this shit though, you need to understand that they don't just shut down the server if someone reports pedo shit being distributed, i've heard that they also ban the accounts of EVERYONE who was on that server. it's why we're zero tolerance about it.

any porn with children present falls under that veil.
