We need to add hostile vore mobs to the code sooner than later. We can start with Space Carp as the prototype.

I'm in favour of 'em just being on by default. If they're off by default some people might not even notice they're voremobs at all, and if they respect the normal digestion prefs then that currently defaults to on anyway.
