Light hat for micros

So, after a line I heard while
creepin' on observin' a round on Virgo, I had an idea fer a hat. A large flashin' light fer micros ta wear ta make them more
enticing targets noticeable!

The only concern I can think of would be non-micros using this to try and annoy people with the flashing light while rule-dodging any technically-trolling activities. Which, while I know you guys aren't amused by rule-dodgers, is the only issue I can think of that MIGHT need addressing.
Second thought, has this been tested on a micro sprite for visibility? The absolutely tiny micros are like... 6 pixels.
