Possible Head of Staff Dress Skirts (More!)?

On a past server I played on, before it shut down, had lots of neat extra clothing like we do here, but the most notably cool outfits they had were the security dress skirts/uniforms. The HoS' in particular was really neat. People seem to enjoy having extra outfits to pick from, I mean who doesn't like to play dress up with their character every-now-and-then!
Here's a HoS Dress Skirt Design I came up with! (Besides, Heads of Staff should have fancy schmancy uniforms to wear!)

Well, for one thing, your dresses are of a higher resolution than the character you put them on. You can't reach that level of detail in our current system as far as I know.
That's only a technical criticism, I'm always in favor of more skirts.

Those were just quick screenshots I edited. I actually have 32x32 bases to use for that stuff now!
So they wont quite look like that, but they'll make excellent base designs to work from!
