Minor Adjustment to Posters and Cargo

Posters are an underrated and undervalued decorative feature of the space station.

One of the reasons for this is that not many people notice them where they spawn, don't realize they're random, and have no idea how to get more.

First off, the primary bug that needs resolving is that Posters No. 51 through 59 are just plain broken. They apparently lack proper sprites, and so placing them on walls just makes an invisible poster.
These should either be fixed to have their proper sprites, or just be commented out.

Secondly, it's very hard to get more posters. Currently the way you get more is by ordering Arts & Crafts crates. Each crate contains one random poster, in addition to its other contents.
I would like to propose adding a new Recreational category supply order which is just a crate of five posters.

This is a tiny quality of life change that has been bugging me for a while, since there's no real reason for the posters to be so inaccessible, and hopefully other people agree.
