Footwraps can't be worn by all species

As subject says, shouldn't footwraps be wearable by everyone?

I don't know, I was told that github is for defined things only. I wanted to confirm if this was actually a "bug".

If something isn't working as intended, or it works as intended but seems dumb, it's worth posting on Github. Worst I can do is mark it "wontfix"

I made the footwraps (the white ones). I intended for them to be worn by ALL species. So imo this is a bug. I thought someone submitted a PR for this already though?

I already created an issue on GH, it was already solved and closed I about two weeks ago, I think.
