So I was in Cargo ordering some floor painter. Called the shuttle, it docked and so I got the crate out. Emptied it and went back to put it back inside. However... Half of the shuttle simply disappeared and I ran straight into space and died.
I did call the shuttle before and send it back too, there was no problem. However I can remember that I called the shuttle, then stopped the call as I forgot to approve the order. Then called it again. Might be the cause. Not sure.
