IPC Newcode Issue

Apparently there's something in the new code involving IPC characters starting to overheat if they're wearing too much clothing or certain clothing.

I play my IPC character as Warden when I can and he started randomly burning up in the warden's jacket, and I had to swap to the less visually appealing and no longer immediately job-recognizable armor vest. Seems a little excessive.
